Would you like to give something other than just bread? Then make this healthy banana bread. Also nice to have breakfast at home or as a snack.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 50 grams pitted dates
- 3 ripe bananas
- 100 grams of almond flour
- 50 grams of oatmeal
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- Handful of unroasted nuts
- Salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Mix the bananas with the dates in the food processor until smooth.
- 'Pulver' the oatmeal in your food processor into flour.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy and add some salt. Mix this with the banana puree.
- Then add the almond flour and oatmeal flour to the batter and stir well
- Then add the baking powder and mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Finally, mix in the unroasted nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the cake tin and it's ready to go in the oven!
- Bake your banana bread in 45-50 minutes.
- Do you notice that the top is getting too dark? Then cover it with baking paper.
- Check whether your banana bread is done by inserting a skewer. Is it clean and dry when you take it out? Then your bread is ready. Otherwise, extend the baking time for a few more minutes.
