We do everything we can to pack your items properly and completely. If you have received an item incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. If you have a complaint about an item that is not due to incorrect use, we will always look for a suitable solution within the standard manufacturer's warranty of the product. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot deal with complaints regarding wear and tear of prints due to the use of a dishwasher or cracks and damage caused by falling. We only accept complaints and returns that have been submitted to us via the form on the contact page or via the withdrawal form, stating the order number.
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by filling in the contact form or sending an e-mail to [email protected] stating your order number. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere yet, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
