These easy to prepare egg muffins are ideal to bring to school in the lunch box, but also delicious as a snack!

Ingredients for 8 muffins:

  • 5 eggs
  • Butter
  • 125 grams bacon strips
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Handful of grated cheese (optional Parmesan cheese)
  • Candy tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Fry the bacon crispy in the pan. Meanwhile, grease the silicone cups with a little butter. Beat 5 eggs in a bowl and then add salt, pepper and grated cheese. Mix this well together. Divide the fried bacon over the trays and then fill them with the egg mixture. Finely chop the snack tomatoes and finally place them on top. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes.
