What is the delivery time?

We do our utmost to ship your order within 24 hours on working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link from DHL in the evening or the following morning.

* If you order on Friday afternoon, depending on the time of day, your order may not be handed over to DHL until Monday


We ship orders within the Netherlands from 65 euros free. For the other orders we use the following amounts:

  • Letterbox mail: € 3,95
  • Parcel post: € 5,50
  • Pick up in Heerlen: Free (after payment you will receive an email from us with the available pick up times)

For shipments to Belgium and Germany we use a fixed rate of € 8,95 per order. From € 100 we also ship to Belgium for free.


You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the products are unused and in the original packaging. You will then receive the purchase amount back. The shipping costs for your return are for your own account. Do you want to exchange your product? Then first report the product you want to return and place a new order.

Use the form on the right to register your return. You will then receive an email from us with the return address.

Please note: If your package is delivered to a DHL point, you must collect it within 7 days at the latest. If the order is not picked up on time, the order will be returned to us and we will be forced to charge the costs of the return shipment.

Complaints and warranty

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return the item to us within 14 days without giving any reason. Always use the return form on this page.

We do everything we can to pack your items properly and completely. If you have received an item incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receipt.

If you have a complaint about an item that is not due to incorrect use, we will always look for a suitable solution within the standard manufacturer's warranty of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot deal with complaints regarding wear and tear of prints due to the use of a dishwasher or cracks and damage caused by falling.

We only accept complaints and returns submitted to us via the form on this page, stating the order number. 

Products on backorder

If you order a product on backorder together with in-stock products, the entire order will be delivered as soon as the backordered product is also in stock with us. You will receive a message from us as soon as your order has been shipped.
